Together with MUS-E artists Rasa Alksnyte (de Ambulanten) and Maaike Devreese, I bring children and older people into contact with one another. These intercreation trajectories give rise to heartwarming exchanges.
Children incorporate cherished figures into verteldoeken or storytelling cloths. The residents' stories and memories are also given a place on the cloths. The storytelling cloths give rise to conversations between children and residents of the care home. They quite literally provide rich material for sharing stories between young and old.
