With integrity, empathy, and extensive experience in social dynamics, I guide people and organizations through transitions. My approach strengthens individual agency and fosters an environment where trust, engagement, and growth naturally emerge.
My ability to connect took shape in the prison of Sint-Gillis, where I worked as a librarian for ten years, bringing poetry and stories to people in detention. In this intense and complex context, I learned to listen beyond words, to hold tension, and to truly see people—in all their layers and potential.
Building on this experience, I deepened my practice through studies in creative therapy and bodywork. I develop co-creative processes with people in vulnerable situations, driven by the belief that creativity is more than expression: it is a healing force that connects, nurtures resilience, and opens up new perspectives.
Guiding Growth
Today, I support individuals, teams, and organizations through change processes. My approach is holistic: I see organizations as living systems, where each part influences the whole. With clarity and creative thinking, I offer space and safety to explore new possibilities and anchor transitions in a sustainable way.
